We're excited to announce the expansion of our Partner & Vendor Engagement team, underscoring our commitment to providing unparalleled support and resources to our growing network of partners.
The team, which previously consisted of Rob Mitchell and John Walford, now welcomes Tom Hassan a telecommunications expert with over 30 years in the industry.
Rob Mitchell has been a cornerstone of Voiceflex for nearly six years. His 30 years in the industry have been marked by a steadfast dedication to partner success and industry innovation. Rob was the pioneering member of the Partner Engagement team at Voiceflex.
John Walford, who joined Voiceflex in April 2023, brings a wealth of experience from his 34 years in engineering and consultative roles, including positions with Daisy Group and Giacom. With over 30 years’ experience, John has been a valuable asset, leveraging his deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape to foster strong partnerships.
Tom Hassan, the newest addition to the team, enhances Voiceflex's capability with his rich experience in transitioning from legacy telecommunications to modern UCaaS and CCaaS technologies. Tom has held pivotal roles such as Senior Technical Support Engineer at NICE Systems UK Limited and Telephony and UC Consultant at TruStack Limited. His tenure as a ShoreTel/Mitel UC and Contact Centre Consultant highlights his expertise. With over 30 years’ experience, Tom is known for his comprehensive involvement in all aspects of telecommunications, providing pre and post-sales support, partner account management, marketing, and technical and end-user training. Tom commented, “It’s an exciting time to join Voiceflex and I look forward to working with the team and providing support to all our partners.”
