This enhancement underscores our commitment to delivering unparalleled support to our growing network of partners, ensuring they have access to expert assistance anytime.
The introduction of round-the-clock support has been a long-anticipated milestone on our roadmap. In a recent survey conducted in January, a high percentage expressed an interest in having the ability to contact our support team, day, night and weekends. Listening to our partners’ feedback and coupled with the impact of our transition from Telco to Techco, we have developed a far more expansive and diverse range of products. This transformation has enabled our partners to enter new markets and industries, many of which require 24/7 support.
